4560 Admiralty Way, Suite 355 Marina del Rey, CA 90292 To make an appointment please call (310) 577-7510. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to noon, and 1:15 to 5:30 Monday-Friday. We accept most major insurance policies and will work with patients on a payment plan if necessary. We do not accept credit or debit cards; only checks, cash, or money orders in US dollars are accepted. (We will email you further information when you make your appointment.) |
