Amy, here is the answer that Claudia gave from another sticky titled
"Preparing Powdered Artificial Sweeteners":

Usually the small amount of maltodextrin or dextrose in a non-caloric sweetener isn't a problem, but this works for the few who are very sensitive.

Another option is to order liquid sucralose or cyclamate from Canada where they are legal. Claudia

Hope this helps,

Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese

Postby Komrade » Wed Jul 29, 2009 10:38 pm

Is Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese ok on the HG diet? It says 0g Carbs, no fillers. Here are the ingredients: Parmesan Cheese (pasteurized part-skim milk, salt, less than 2% of enzymes, cheese culture, cellulose powder to prevent caking, potassium sorbate to protect flavor)

Komrade, that cheese has no forbidden ingredients.
There are better-tasting Parmesan cheeses out there, including
the ones that you grate yourself. But this one is OK to use.
